This is a keg of Sapporo Classic, which is overwhelmingly popular even among people outside of Hokkaido. It is a refreshing, easy-drinking beer that is both satisfying and easy to drink with 100% malt.

Junmai Ginjo, made with rice, water, and toji all produced purely in Hokkaido! The original flavor of sake and the fruity aroma of daiginjo-like sake made from 45% Ginpu, a rice suitable for sake brewing, have been polished to perfection. It is a rare and valuable sake that embodies the passion of a group of local sake store owners who "want to produce a Hokkaido sake that we can be proud of throughout Japan, made with local rice and water and by a Hokkaido-born master brewer.

It is brewed with subterranean water sourced from the snow of Daisetsuzan, and is characterized by its dry, refined, and sharp taste.

In addition to being blessed with a natural environment, the traditional techniques of sake brewing, which are based on the basics of sake making, produce a mellow and delicate flavor.

This sweet potato shochu is made only from "Kogane Sengan" produced by contract farmers in the town of Atsusawabe.

This red wine has a vegetal aroma unique to the variety among its fruity aroma, and is easy to drink with a moderate astringency, while the white wine has a refreshing, clean mouthfeel and a citrus (lime-like) fruity aroma.
