Junmai Ginjo, made with rice, water, and toji all produced purely in Hokkaido! The original flavor of sake and the fruity aroma of daiginjo-like sake made from 45% Ginpu, a rice suitable for sake brewing, have been polished to perfection. It is a rare and valuable sake that embodies the passion of a group of local sake store owners who "want to produce a Hokkaido sake that we can be proud of throughout Japan, made with local rice and water and by a Hokkaido-born master brewer.
It is brewed with subterranean water sourced from the snow of Daisetsuzan, and is characterized by its dry, refined, and sharp taste.
